你要捨己主要用你 Humble yourself, God will use you
你要捨己走出去 Take up your cross, and march on
肥沃的土地在你面前 Land of abundance God will give to you
腳踏之地屬於你 Every place where you set feet on
主說你們要走出去 God says, rise up and go forth
不要停留在那裡 Take courage, do not retreat
當信你神所立的應許 Put your trust in the promise of your God
祂要將那地賜給你 He will give the land to you
